Rick Salvhus

Rick Salvhus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public safety systems administration and programming. Currently serving as the Public Safety Systems Administrator for the City of Racine since January 2010, Rick previously worked as a Programmer Analyst at Time Warner Cable from January 1998 to January 2009, where significant contributions included developing a program that incrementally raised customer rates and creating processes for customer product migration reporting. Prior to that, Rick managed a team at LARSEN LABORATORIES as Floor Manager, focusing on metals testing and customer billing database development. Rick's career began in the United States Army as a Non Commissioned Officer from January 1981 to January 1985. Rick holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, earned between 2010 and 2014, and graduated from Franklin High School in 1980.
