Rick Salvhus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public safety systems administration and programming. Currently serving as the Public Safety Systems Administrator for the City of Racine since January 2010, Rick previously worked as a Programmer Analyst at Time Warner Cable from January 1998 to January 2009, where significant contributions included developing a program that incrementally raised customer rates and creating processes for customer product migration reporting.
