Rachael Faillace

Rachael Faillace serves as the Administrator of Cultural & Heritage Affairs for the City of Rahway, focusing on equitable access to arts and culture and supporting the local artist community. Simultaneously, Rachael is the Principal at Drawn to Good LLC, a creative consulting practice that facilitates community transformation through public art and creative placemaking. Previous roles include Vice President of Marketing at RSI Bank, where Rachael directed marketing strategies, and Executive Director for Rahway Arts District Inc., promoting arts in Rahway. Rachael’s background includes curation and educational roles at organizations such as Arts Guild New Jersey and The Art School at Old Church, as well as teaching art courses at Middlesex County College. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design and a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Art from Rutgers University, complemented by a Core Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
