Darone Steve has extensive experience in the information technology sector, primarily with the City of Raleigh Municipal Government since November 2005, where roles have included Information Technology Operations Manager and Help Desk Manager. Prior to this, Darone led a four-person team at ePlus Technology from April 2002 to October 2005, successfully replacing the computer systems in the City of Raleigh. Darone's career began at CompuCom, where responsibilities as a Supervisor were held from October 1995 to September 2001. Educational credentials include ITIL certifications in v3 OSA and v3 Foundations from Pink Elephant, obtained in 2014, as well as a Help Desk Manager Diploma from the Help Desk Institute acquired in 2006.
