Dori Rathmell

Dori Rathmell currently serves as a Community Relations Analyst for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, a position held since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Water Resources and Communications Coordinator for the International League of Conservation Photographers and a Graduate Level Education Intern at the NYC Department of Environmental Protection. Dori's background also encompasses internships focused on water quality and environmental research, as well as leadership roles in communications-related initiatives. Dori earned a Master of Environmental Management with a focus on Hydrology and Water Resources Science from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from American University.
