Jennifer Fox

Jennifer Fox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, workforce development, and office management. Currently serving as the Senior Strategy and Performance Analyst for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government since January 2022, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in the Office of Strategy and Innovation, leading transformative projects and enhancing service delivery. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Senior Workforce Development Analyst for the City of Durham, where responsibilities included executing business engagement strategies to support workforce development. Jennifer's background also includes serving as an Executive Assistant at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, as well as various roles in legal and academic settings, including positions as an Immigration Paralegal and Graduate Fellow. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
