Waqas Khan, MIEAust, has a diverse range of work experience in data analytics and procurement. Waqas has held various roles such as Senior Procurement Data Lead at the Department of Government Services, where they achieved impressive results in data acquisition and savings. Waqas also served as a Senior Data and Policy Analyst at the Department of Treasury and Finance, Victoria, leading initiatives to gather supplier data and revamp reporting suites. Additionally, they worked as a National Procurement Data Analyst at Boral, where they led a data management team and implemented agile project management techniques. Prior to that, they held roles as a Lead Data Scientist/Analyst at Purchasing Index Australia and a Data Scientist/Analyst at Comprara Pty Ltd. Waqas Khan, MIEAust, holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Telecommunication Engineering from COMSATS University of Science & Technology (CUST) achieved between 2003 and 2007. Waqas also completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) with a focus on Pre Engineering at Bahria College Islamabad from 2000 to 2003. Furthermore, they obtained their Matriculation degree in Science from ICB G61/3 Islamabad between 1990 and 2000.
