Lekesha Shaw is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and public service. Currently serving as the MWBE Program Manager at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government since February 2019, Lekesha oversees the Minority and Women-Owned Business Program, focusing on expanding contractual opportunities and supporting business success. Previously, as the Executive Director for the Raleigh Area Development Authority, Lekesha managed daily operations and secured vital grant funding. With roles spanning from Finance Officer at Solid Rock Ministries International to Survey Analyst at UAI Technology, Lekesha has demonstrated expertise in financial management, research coordination, and administrative support. Lekesha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Leadership and Management from William Peace University.
