S. Wayne Miles

S. Wayne Miles, PE, currently serves as the Stormwater Program Manager for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, a position held since July 2018. In this role, S. Wayne Miles oversees all facets of the Stormwater program, including strategic initiatives, business planning, budget management, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Prior to this, S. Wayne Miles spent 30 years at CDM Smith Inc., achieving the title of Senior Vice President and gaining diverse experience in municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and reclaimed water program development. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, completed in 1988.
