Tia Reaves

Tia Reaves, PSM has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Tia began their career as a Public Affairs Assistant in the US Navy from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at WorkflowOne from 2003 to 2005. Tia then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2005 to 2010, where they gained experience in requirements gathering, analysis, prototype development, and business process development. Tia continued their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Senior Business Analyst with an active TS SCI clearance in 2010, providing IT consulting and facilitating business engagement for IT projects. After that, they joined URS as a Business Analyst from 2010 to 2014, where they served as a Subject Matter Expert for the SharePoint Practice, maintained site collections, and identified and managed customer requirements. Tia then worked as a Senior Consultant at Cardinal Solutions from 2014 to 2017, providing consulting services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Relationship Management & Strategic Portfolio at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government since 2017. Overall, Tia's work experience reflects their extensive expertise in business analysis, IT consulting, and relationship management.

Tia Reaves, PSM, has a well-rounded education history. Tia completed their MBA from Saint Leo University in 2019, specializing in an unspecified field of study. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Business Management from Hampton University in 2005. Tia also holds an AS in Business Administration from Ocean County College, which they obtained in 2002. In addition to their academic achievements, Tia has obtained several certifications, including the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2015, and ITIL v3 from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
