Brian Hagen

Brian Hagen is an experienced city administrator currently serving as the City Administrator for the City of Ramsey since November 2021, having previously held the position of Deputy City Administrator and Community Development Director. Prior to this role, Brian served as the City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Hanover, Minnesota, from January 2013 to October 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing city operations. Brian’s early career included an administrative assistant role, assisting in the preparation of City Council and Planning Commission agendas. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Corrections and a Master's degree in Public Administration, both obtained from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 2007 and 2013. Additionally, Brian has management experience from working as an Assistant Manager at Snell Auto Wash.
