Kurt Ulrich

Kurt Ulrich is an experienced city administrator with a strong background in public administration and urban studies. Ulrich currently serves as the City Administrator for the City of Ramsey and has previously held similar roles in the City of Mounds View from 2003 to 2007, the City of Champlin from 1989 to 1999, and the City of Oakdale from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, Ulrich served as the Assistant Commissioner/Administrator for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources from 1999 to 2003. Educationally, Ulrich holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from Hamline University, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
