Laura Karpaviciute

Laura Karpaviciute currently serves as the Assistant City Administrator for the City of Plantation, a position held since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant to the City Manager, Management Analyst, and Management Intern with the City of Tamarac from November 2012 to March 2022. Key responsibilities in these roles encompassed performance tracking scorecard development, implementation of performance management systems, and conducting operational performance and customer satisfaction analyses. Laura Karpaviciute also played a significant role in coordinating resident and employee surveys, contributing to multi-lingual communication improvements, and leading research and benchmarking efforts for award applications.
