Dalia Fadl is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in water resources and stormwater management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Stormwater Section Manager for the City of Rancho Cordova since December 2018, Dalia previously held the position of Senior Engineer at the City of Sacramento Department of Utilities from August 2013 to December 2018. Prior to that, Dalia worked as an Assistant Engineer at the County of Sacramento Department of Water Resources from January 2004 to August 2013, focusing on drainage development and stormwater quality compliance. Dalia Fadl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
