Tony Winney

Tony Winney is an accomplished public administration professional with substantial experience in municipal management. Currently serving as Deputy City Manager - Special Projects for the City of Rancho Cucamonga since February 2025, Winney's career in local government includes key positions such as Assistant City Manager for the City of Coronado and City of National City, as well as Assistant to the City Manager in the City of Vista. Winney's expertise has been further honed through roles such as Management Analyst in various cities, culminating in a strong background in economic development and public works. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, both from San Diego State University.
