Kimberly Beck has extensive experience in financial management and administrative support within municipal and private sectors. Currently serving as Payroll Manager for the City of Rapid City since December 2018, Kimberly previously held positions including Associate in Accounting Services at Ketel Thorstenson, LLP, Business Technician in Finance at the City of Sioux Falls, and multiple roles at the City of Rapid City. Kimberly's responsibilities have ranged from financial reporting and month-end processing to budget planning and employee training. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Black Hills State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University.
