Leah Braun

Leah Braun has extensive experience in leadership and workplace culture, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Assistant Director for the City of Rapid City from January 2021 to April 2025, focusing on training and employee relations. Prior to this role, Leah held the position of Managing Partner and City Culture Strategist at Nsight Partners from January 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included aligning job descriptions with daily functions. Leah also served as President of Twilight First Aid & Safety from August 2015 to November 2020, and as Principal at Harney Business Group from June 2012 to November 2020, delivering consulting and training to small and medium-sized businesses. Earlier experience includes serving as Ministry NCOIC for the SD National Guard from July 2009 to April 2012, overseeing religious programs and training. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Administrative Studies from the University of South Dakota and a Professional Life Coaching certification from the International Coach Academy.
