Maritza Loaiza

Maritza Loaiza currently serves as the City Core Manager for the City of Reading, PA, where responsibilities include managing departmental operations and analyzing data to support the Administration. Loaiza has held several roles within the city, including Special Assistant to the Office of the Managing Director, Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, and Interim Executive Assistant to the Mayor. Prior experience includes part-time work as a Girls Leadership Program Facilitator and Community Outreach Representative with the Reading Recreation Commission. Maritza Loaiza holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Planning from Alvernia University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Communications from Reading Area Community College.
