Reading is a city in southeastern Pennsylvania, USA, and the County of Berks seat. Reading is the principal city of the Greater Reading Area and has a population of 95,112 as of the 2020census, making us the fourth most populous city in the State after Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Allentown.
