Paul Toor

Paul Toor's work experience includes serving as the Director of Municipal Utilities and Engineering for the City of Redlands starting in 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Public Works Director and City Engineer for the City of South Pasadena from 2011 to 2018.

Paul Toor holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Finance and Labor Relations from California State University. Paul also holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Thapar University.
