Heather Richards

Heather Richards has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Heather began their career as the Owner of April's Drawers/Emma's Drawers in 1996, a role they held until 2003. In 2003, Heather joined the City of Nampa as a Project Development Coordinator, where they worked until 2007. Since 2009, Heather has served as the Community Development Director for the City of Redmond, Oregon.
