Kim Dietz has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Kim started their career as a GIS Coordinator at the City of Allentown in 1988 and later joined HDR as a GIS Coordinator in 1993. In 1995, Kim became a GIS Manager and Certified ArcView Instructor at Benefit Computer Systems. Kim then worked at the City of Redmond, WA, where they held the roles of Senior Planner and Principal Planner, where they managed the city's zoning code and development regulations. In 2014, Kim founded Nature Here, a not-for-profit organization that connects people in urban areas to nature through various events and activities. Their work with Nature Here continued until 2016.
Kim Dietz obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Environment and Community Policy from Antioch University Seattle between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, Kim graduated from Cedar Crest College in 1989 with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. In addition to the degrees, Kim also holds a certification in "5-Day Photo Challenge: Composition" from LinkedIn. The date of obtaining the certification is not provided.
