Tam Kutzmark

Tam Kutzmark possesses extensive experience in urban planning and transportation management, with a current role as Senior Planner for the City of Redmond since July 2019. Previous positions include Shared Use Mobility Specialist at the University of Washington, where notable achievements included expanding the vanpool program significantly and launching successful outreach campaigns. Prior to that, Kutzmark served as Transportation & Planning Director for the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference, coordinating policy development for a consortium of 34 municipalities. Additional roles include Watershed Coordinator, Planner, and Project Manager across various organizations, highlighting a strong commitment to community engagement and effective planning strategies. Kutzmark holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Affairs and Administration from American University.
