Jesse Reyes is an experienced Capital Projects Program Manager at the City of Redondo Beach since September 2014, overseeing the City’s Capital Improvement Project Program. Previously, Jesse held various roles at the Tomás Rivera Policy Institute, University of Southern California, including Senior Management Analyst and Research Assistant, focusing on the naturalization process and immigration legislation. Additional experience includes an internship at the Children’s Defense Fund, where Jesse researched juvenile justice systems, and a position as Executive Fellow at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, assisting in the management of substantial rehabilitative programs. Jesse holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara.
