Alin Lancaster

Alin Lancaster is an experienced housing and community development professional with a strong background in municipal management. Currently serving as Housing Leadership Manager for the City of Redwood City since December 2019, Alin previously held the position of Housing & Community Development Manager for the City of Union City from August 2015 to December 2019. Alin's career in community development includes roles such as Community Development Coordinator and Community Development Specialist for the City of South San Francisco, as well as Housing & Community Development Assistant. Alin also has experience as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis, and an Asset Management Intern at Mercy Housing. Alin holds a Master of Public Affairs from the University of California, Berkeley (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis (2007-2011).
