Darrell Rice

Darrell Rice possesses extensive leadership experience in community revitalization and church administration. Currently serving as Vice President of Community Revitalization at City of Refuge, Inc. since August 2018, Darrell previously held the position of Administrative Bishop for the Church of God in both the Delmarva-DC Region and the Heartland Region from August 2012 to August 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Children of the World Ministries, Inc. and Administrative Bishop for the Great Lakes Region from August 1998 to August 2010. Darrell holds a Master of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Education from Lee University.
