Roy Flores P.e., M.p.a.

Roy Flores, P.E., M.P.A., currently serves as a Senior Civil Engineer in the Utility Services division at the City of Reno, with a focus on sanitary sewer planning. Prior to this role, Roy worked as a Project Manager for the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, overseeing engineering and construction projects.
