H. Kyle Baldwin

H. Kyle Baldwin is a skilled professional with extensive experience in planning, construction management, and project leadership. Currently serving as Planner 1 for the City of Rexburg since January 2021, Baldwin previously held roles as an Estimator/Project Manager at Forterra, Inc., and as Planning and Zoning Administrator for the City of Ashton, where expertise in interpreting and enforcing land use codes was demonstrated. An engineering background was established through an earlier position as Engineering Technician with the City of Rexburg, along with substantial experience in construction as the owner of Baldwin Custom Builders Inc., and in various leadership roles at Center Court LLC and Nathan Wells Construction. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Associate's in Architectural Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
