Patrick Jackson

Patrick Jackson is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in IT operations and support. Currently serving as the Information Technology Operations Manager and IT Support Center Manager for the City of Rexburg since May 2020, Patrick has previously held roles at Syringa Networks as a Network Surveillance Technician, HP Enterprise Services as a Technical Solutions Representative, and DIRECTV as a Customer Support Representative. With a background in the United States Air Force as a Ground Radio Communications Supervisor, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in managing complex systems, troubleshooting, and customer relations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Network Infrastructure, and two Associate degrees in Computer Science and Electronic Systems.
