Jonathan Ballard

Jonathan Ballard serves as the Information Technology Manager for the City of Rialto, overseeing multiple teams and managing the IT budget to support departmental needs and strategic initiatives. With a strong background as a Network Engineer, Jonathan led significant projects, including the implementation of a new VoIP solution. As the Owner and IT Consultant at Network Infrastructure & Computer Services, Jonathan offers comprehensive IT solutions tailored to client needs. Previous experience includes roles as a Network Administrator for the City of Palm Springs, where support was provided to various municipal entities, and Systems Administrator positions at Harvest Christian Fellowship and The Grove Community Church, focusing on diverse operational functions. Jonathan holds an Associate of Science degree in Cyber Defense from Riverside City College, expected in December 2023.
