Ben Surma

Ben Surma currently serves as a Service Analyst at Metro Transit, where responsibilities include transit service planning, performance analysis of over 40 bus routes, and data compilation to enhance operational efficiency and meet customer demand. Surma's career at Metro Transit began as a Rail Operations Analysis Intern, evolving into an Associate Data Management Analyst role.
