Sack Thongvanh

Sack Thongvanh serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Richfield since February 2022. Previously, Thongvanh held the position of City Administrator for the City of Falcon Heights from April 2015 to February 2022, and served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Albert Lea, Minnesota from May 2013 to April 2015. Thongvanh also worked as City Administrator for the City of Eagle Lake, Minnesota from December 2008 to May 2013, and as City Administrator for the City of Sherburn, Minnesota from February 2007 to December 2008. Earlier in the career, Thongvanh gained experience as a Management Intern and Interim Economic Development Manager for the City of Northfield, Minnesota, from June 2006 to February 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Administration from Hamline School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
