Building and Inspection

The Building and Inspection team at the City of Richfield ensures the safety, compliance, and proper maintenance of buildings within the community. Led by the Chief Building Official, the team includes a Master Plumber/Mechanical Inspector and a Housing/Building Inspector, who collectively oversee building codes, conduct inspections, and enforce regulations to maintain the city's infrastructure standards.
