Chad Lunder

Chad Lunder has extensive experience in building inspection and code enforcement. Chad most recently served as the Chief Building Official for the City of Richfield since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Building Official / Fire Marshal for the City of New Prague from 2008 to January 2022. Additionally, Chad has been actively involved in professional organizations, serving as the President and Vice President of the 10K Lakes Chapter of ICC from 2019-2020 and 2018-2019 respectively. Chad also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for the 10,000 Lakes Chapter of ICC from 2009 to 2018.
