Jodi Hogan

Jodi Hogan has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Permit Technician at the City of Richland since May 2019 and previously as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to that, Jodi worked as a Utility Billing Specialist at the City of West Richland from February 2016 to March 2018. Jodi's career began at Grant County PUD, where Jodi held the position of Customer Service Representative for nearly eight years, from May 2008 to February 2016.
