Debbie Mendoza has extensive experience in administrative and technical roles, currently serving as a Permit Technician III for the City of Alameda since June 2015, where responsibilities include the processing and review of building permit applications and issuing related permits. Prior to this, from July 1991 to January 2015, Debbie held the position of Northern CA Office Administrator at the Credit Management Association, managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to the Division Manager. Debbie obtained a High School Diploma from Marina High School, graduating in 1982.
