Krysten Mabe

Krysten Mabe, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Richland since July 2020. Prior to this position, Mabe held various HR roles at Providence Health & Services, ranging from HR Client Manager/Business Partner to Senior Human Resources Strategic Partner between December 2015 and July 2020. Experience also includes serving as an HR Generalist at Kadlec Regional Medical Center from September 2012 to December 2015 and as an HR Officer at Baker Boyer Bank from July 2006 to August 2012. Mabe began a career in human resources as a Student Advising Intern at Washington State University in early 2006. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Personnel Relations and Business Administration from Washington State University, along with coursework in Business Marketing at San Diego State University.
