Karlyn Neel

Karlyn Neel is an experienced design professional currently serving on the City of Richmond Design Review Board for a second term, reviewing exterior construction and landscaping modifications. Previously, Karlyn held significant roles such as Director of User Experience at Tesla and Director of User Experience Design at PayPal, in addition to leadership positions at StubHub and eBay, where Karlyn led user experience teams and was instrumental in numerous innovative projects. Karlyn also operated a consulting business, Kn Design, for over 16 years, providing user experience design and art direction services to a variety of clients. In addition to expertise in user experience, Karlyn has a background in music as a DJ and vocalist, performing globally. Karlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
