Jacquelyn Craft, MPA, MUS, currently serves as the Economic Development Programs Administrator for the City of Richmond Department of Economic Development since June 2022 and is the Owner of CraftWorks Design and Consulting since January 2021. Previously, Jacquelyn held the position of Business Development Manager for Portsmouth Economic Development, where responsibilities included leading business retention and expansion initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Phoebe Putney Health System and various positions within the City of Albany, Georgia, focusing on downtown business development and small business initiatives. Jacquelyn holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master's in Urban Studies, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Management, reflecting a strong academic foundation in community and economic development.
