Council Member Danny Hebenstreit is a native St. Louisan and has lived in Richmond Heights with his wife for the last five years. For the past 36 years, he has been employed by Anheuser-Busch, and during his tenure, he served as a shop steward participating in the resolution of issues between labor and company. He is knowledgeable in many areas of construction, has owned and operated rental space, and has restored/renovated properties to increase their value. Through all of this, he is able to provide insight to the needs of both landlords and renters. He has a strong commitment to community service as a United Way representative, building several Habitat for Humanity homes, co-organizing a community park revitalization program, and volunteered in many capacities for local school districts.
He was elected for his first term representing District 4 in April 2016 and elected to his second term in June 2020; his second term will expire in April 2024.
