Nathan Clark

Nathan Clark, ICMA-CM, serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Richmond Hill, Georgia, since August 2022. Prior to this role, Nathan held various positions with the Town of Maggie Valley, North Carolina, where responsibilities included serving as Town Manager and Director of Planning and Development from October 2005 to July 2022. Nathan's career began as an Assistant Planner in Beaufort County from September 2004 to October 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Science in Sustainability Studies from Lenoir-Rhyne University, a Master's degree in Public Policy & Management from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, and a certificate in Municipal & County Administration from the UNC School of Government.
