Beth Fields

Beth Fields has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Beth began their career as a Program Director at Main Street RWC/City Development Corporation in 1997 and held the position until 2011. From 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Program Director at the Urban Enterprise Association of Richmond. In 2011, they briefly served as the Executive Director at the Center City Development Corporation. In 2016, they transitioned to the City of Richmond, Indiana and took on roles such as Director of Metropolitan Development, Controller, Director of Infrastructure & Development, and currently, Director Of Strategic Initiatives.
