Kevin Costanzo is currently a Planner with the City of Richmond Department of Planning and Development Review since June 2023 after serving as a Planning Intern. Additionally, Kevin has held leadership roles as President of the Virginia Commonwealth Rowing Association and as a Coach for the Crew Team at Virginia Commonwealth University since August 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Real Estate Manager at BCI from June 2017 to August 2022. Kevin is pursuing a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Virginia Commonwealth University, expected to be completed in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution, earned in 2017. Kevin graduated from Charlottesville High School in 2013.
