Mandy Wrinkle

Mandy Wrinkle currently serves as the Sr. Manager for Federal Entitlement Programs in the Department of Housing and Community Development for the City of Richmond, Virginia, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mandy held positions at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington as Sr. Program Manager for the Family Re-Housing Stabilization Program, and at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition as Sr. Regional Organizer, where extensive experience in managing staff, compliance, and community advocacy was developed. Additional experience includes leadership roles at the Capital Area Food Bank, League of Women Voters, Every Child Matters, Bread for the World, and IMPACT, focused on social justice, community organizing, and program management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA in Sociology from Missouri State University.
