Paul Giglio

Paul Giglio is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. Currently serving as Program and Operations Manager at the City of Richmond, Virginia since May 2016, Paul has held various roles including Asset Manager, Engineer, and Auditor. Prior to this, Paul worked at Infilco Degremont, Inc. as a Project Manager for 23 years, managing a wide array of technological projects. Earlier in their career, Paul was a Contract Engineer with Ultraviolet Purification Systems, Inc. and Katadyn Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included project execution, document development, and quality control. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
