Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith, MS, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Program Manager for Strategy and Operations in Imaging Services at Stanford Health Care, where responsibilities include managing the Radiology Strategic Plan, leading the 52in52 program for frontline staff and Radiology residents, and overseeing various improvement projects related to operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Kaiser Permanente from June 2016 to August 2023 in Clinical Technology Management, focusing on medical technology implementation, supervision of clinical engineers, and collaboration on FDA recalls. Rachel holds a Mini-MBA in Healthcare Management from Rutgers University and both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
