Robert Stone

Robert Stone has extensive experience in the US Navy, serving as a Surface Warfare Officer from 1980 to 2001. Currently, Robert holds the position of Engineering Manager at the City of Richmond, Virginia where Robert plays a crucial role in the development and reevaluation of the CSO Interim Plan and Long-Term Control Plan. Additionally, Robert manages procurement and usage of external engineering and construction management services contracts.
