Chad Phillips

Chad Phillips is an experienced asset manager with a focus on public works, currently employed by the City of Richmond, Virginia since July 2017. Prior professional roles include project management at Woolpert and GIS project management at Timmons Group and Greenhorne & O'Mara. Chad’s career began as a GIS specialist at the Virginia Department of Transportation and Cambridge Systematics. Educationally, Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from East Carolina University, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
