Blair Newstead has extensive experience in community facilities management, currently serving as a Community Facilities Coordinator for the City of Richmond since June 2010. Prior roles include Recreation Leader 1 and Community Facilities Programmer within the City of Richmond, as well as Assistant Coordinator of Event Operations for Vancouver Whitecaps FC in 2012. Blair Newstead completed education at Langara College from 2009 to 2012.
