Chris Duggan possesses extensive experience in community social development and early childhood education, currently serving as Manager of Community Social Development at the City of Richmond since July 2018. Previous roles include Program Director and Associate Program Director at the Vancouver Society of Children's Centres, as well as Coordinator for Supported Child Development Programs at Simon Fraser Society for Community Living. Chris has also consulted in early childhood care and education and held positions such as Senior Early Childhood Educator at Dundarave Preschool and Instructor in the Early Childhood Education Program at North Vancouver School District. With a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Care and Education from Capilano University, Chris is currently pursuing further education at Simon Fraser University.
