David Tam

David Tam is an Engineering Student at the City of Richmond since August 2022, bringing practical experience to academic knowledge. Prior to this position, David worked as a Barista at Starbucks from July 2019 to September 2022, demonstrating strong customer service skills. David is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, expected to be completed in December 2025, and holds a Diploma in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from the same institution, which was obtained between 2018 and 2020.
